Shipping Policy

Made to order
Our wrapping paper is printed to order through US-based production partners. Production takes place before dispatch, and timing may vary during busy periods.

US delivery estimates
Our current estimated delivery windows are:
• Economy: 6–13 business days
• Standard: 4–10 business days

Please check the options available at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Production demand, holidays, carrier delays, and other disruptions may affect arrival times.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment and depend on the items and quantities ordered.

We offer free Economy shipping on eligible US wrapping paper orders with a merchandise subtotal of $60 USD or more, excluding shipping and taxes. Select the free Economy option at checkout. Standard shipping remains available at an additional charge where offered.

Multiple packages
Items may arrive in separate packages. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Taxes and customs
Any applicable taxes collected by our store are displayed at checkout. Wrapping paper produced and shipped within the United States does not require the customer to import it from Switzerland.

For international deliveries, where available, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Customs duties or import charges may apply to cross-border shipments.

Address changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.

Delivery problems
If your order arrives damaged, appears lost, or is significantly delayed, please contact moonandvale@gmx.net with your order number and details. For damaged items, please include photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
