Returns and Refunds

We do not offer a voluntary return period beyond any rights required by applicable law.

If you have a statutory right to return or withdraw from your purchase, please contact us at moonandvale@gmx.net before sending any item back. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.

Where permitted by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the applicable 14-day period. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within the period required by applicable law.

Where permitted by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address for your order.

Certain goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised products.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

For defective or incorrectly supplied goods, any legally required repair, replacement, refund, or necessary return shipping will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
